Recipe makes 30 truffles
10 min plus 2 hours cooling time and 20 minutes
10 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c heavy cream
1/4 tsp vanilla
Heat cream until just starting to bubble. Stir in chips and vanilla until chocolate is melted. Pour into a container and let cool for two hours. Roll out truffles or scoop into spoons, roll in chopped nuts and serve as dessert with coffee.
